The Wiki application provides the ability to create, review, update and/or delete Wiki Areas and Pages. Leveraging a number of formatting widgets and templates, users can create a hierarchical structure for organizing content related to a variety of topic areas, including, but not limited to, a company’s products, projects, customers, strategies and/or plans. The entire content structure of the team’s Wiki is available via the left hand navigation.
Via Gems, a Wiki entry can quickly be converted into a task, a meeting request, or can be linked to a Lead or an Opportunity.
